founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Paris (France).

contribute to the consolidation of peace, the eradication of poverty,
sustainable development and intercultural dialogue through education, science,
culture, communication and information.
My work experience
During my six weeks with the
Regional Office of Education for Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC/UNESCO
Santiago), based in Santiago, Chile, we focus on producing and disseminating
knowledge, providing guidance for the formulation of public policies, providing
advice and technical support to the Member States
2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development
In September 2015, Chile, as part
of 193 member countries of the United Nations (UN), signed and committed the
fulfillment of a new program of sustainable development. It is a plan of action
in favor of people, the planet and prosperity.
General comments
My experience in UNESCO,
specifically in the Agenda for Sustainable Development was very enriching in
the field of environmental awareness and integration to the dialogue to
different nations on the subject.
Conclusion
To sum up, UNESCO t is a good
organization, that being international manages to generate scopes and much
wider points of view and for me as a student, part of the new generation of
professionals, this experience will help me to develop as a professional.
